If you haven’t had the pleasure of trying Bulletproof Coffee yet, you’re probably wondering what the heck it is! It is basically coffee, MCT oil (we use
Brain Octane Oil), and grass-fed butter (we use Kerrygold unsalted). We like to switch it up and add different things like Vanilla Monkfruit Drops and Vanilla Bean Powder to make a tasty vanilla latte 🙂
